“I used Structure Limited to conduct both a pre-acquisition consultation and a pre contract building inspection report. The building in question was obviously in need of some work but had been prepared and cosmetically updated for sale which lead to a slight concern that more significant issues were hidden. We recently used the services of David for a pre-acquisition consultation. We were bidding on an 1970's bungalow that needed quite of bit of work. David spent time with us on-site, reviewed the general condition of the house and provided very useful insights into the level of work required to bring the house to modern standards. David listened to our wish list and gave us sound advice on what was achievable given the limitations of the existing structure and planning regulations. He prepared budgeted costs for the upgrade which proved very useful in our bidding process and our discussions with the bank. We engaged David from Structure CPM Ltd to carry out services with respect to a property purchase. We found David to be very professional and a pleasure to deal with. His review was comprehensive and clear and provided with us with the required information on the property to enable us reach a decision on the purchase. The review included some budget estimates for works on the property which was essential for establishing the true cost of acquiring the property. David provided myself and my wife with a wonderful service when we were moving home. He surveyed two separate properties for us this year, one of which we bought and successfully moved into in August.
